1. Kenny called the meeting to order
2. The minutes of July 19, 2018 were approved.
3. Jonelle reported that there was $50,416.01 in the bank.
4. Kenny reported on the Auction held on Aug.4 ,2018. Our Auction was a great success and one of the best live auctions he had the pleasure of auctioneering. Guests commented on the fantastic setting, wonderful food and what a nice evening it was for everyone attending. Kenny thanked the Auction committee for their hard work -- procuring auction items, setting up tents and tables, decorating, and cleaning up the property. Special kudos to Roxanne and Miles Silverthorn for their leadership of the auction and procurement activities.
Next auction won't be until 2020.
Jonelle reported on the financial success with the auction netting around $14,103. The silent auction brought in the most proceeds with over $7,303.
Kenny commented that perhaps for future consideration that proceeds from our auction not used for building maintenance or improvements but potentially earmarked for community support activities -scholarships, food banks, etc. Just an option to think about-- no decision will be made at this time.
Special thanks to all PCC members for selling tickets and inviting guests who gave generously. We had over 5 new members who have joined and were involved in all aspects of the auction.
5. Jonelle reported that the Mason County Heritage Grant- Final report has been submitted for a $3041 for the shed restoration project. It takes about 60 days for the funds to be released to PCC.  Special thanks to Robyn Patterson for overseeing this project with Puget Construction.  Special thank you to Doug Stewart for creating a new rope fence to the entrance of Grant School. Our entrance gate area looks much better.
6. Kenny announced that our Sept. 20, 2018 -- PCC general meeting will have special program on Salmon Restoration Project.
7. Meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted - Jonelle Adams
